The presentation of the products on our website does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract. By clicking on the button "Send order" you are stating your offer
to conclude a purchase contract. Receipt of the order is confirmed immediately. However, confirmation of the receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We are
entitled to accept your offer within 7 days. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing. If the 7-day period has expired without acceptance,
the offer is deemed to be rejected.

As consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model ithdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for which’s production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We deliver exclusively to customers within the regions specified on our online offer. Delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address given by the customer.
The delivery times stated in our online store with the product description apply. The delivery time given in the product description begins on the day after payment is received.
We reserve the right to make only partial delivery or not deliver at all in the event that we do not obtain the correct supplies or are not supplied properly. Further information on delivery is included in our General Terms and Conditions (link), which are part of the contract. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments that have already been made.
All prices are given as final prices in euros and include the rate of VAT valid at the time the contract is concluded. In addition to the final product prices, delivery fees will apply as stated in the description of the article(s). If a transaction is cancelled, your delivery fees will be reimbursed after the process in closed. You incur no additional costs as a result of using telecommunications to place your order. We offer you the following payment possibilities: Bank transfer, Paybal, credit card and cash on delivery.
We reserve title to the delivered goods until they have been paid for finally and in full. Further details are included in our General Terms and Conditions, which can be consulted here (link).
After an article has been placed in the basket, you can continue shopping or go directly to Check Out and finish the order process. By clicking on "Shopping cart" you
proceed to the basket, which shows the articles you have placed there. You can now edit the cart contents or delete articles in the cart.
Clicking on the button "Go to checkout" starts the order process. After registering you are shown an overview of all the data you have provided and all the articles, including the total amount. You now have the opportunity to check the details once more. You can edit your invoice address and delivery address as well as the number of articles you have ordered by clicking on the respective "Edit" button. Clicking on the button "Buy now" makes the order legally binding.
We have saved your orders. You can see any orders you have placed and their status at any time by entering your login data under "My account". Alternatively, you can contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will be happy to send you a copy of your order data.
You can correct any mistakes you make during the order process. You can edit the numbers of articles when you are in the Shopping cart by changing the number in the "Quantity" box. You can also remove all or some articles from the shopping cart by clicking on the button "Delete". Before you click on the button "Buy now" and place a legally binding order, you will again receive an overview of all the data you have entered and all the articles, including the total amount. You can change your invoice and delivery addresses as well as the number of articles by clicking on the respective "Change" button. You can abort the order process at any time by closing the browser.
