1. How can I order a NIVREL watch?

You can easily choose your watch on this website and follow the check-out process. In addition, we will be happy to take your order either by phone, fax or e-mail.

 

2. How long is the warranty period for your watches?

The warranty period is 2 years, starting at the date of purchase.

 

3. My watch has a warranty issue. What should I do?

In case of a warranty issue, please send your watch to us: Gerd Hofer GmbH, Koßmannstr. 3, 66119 Saarbrücken, Germany. Please enclose your warranty booklet, a copy of your invoice and a description of the defect into your shipment.

 

4. My watch needs service/repair. What should I do?

You are most welcome to send your watch to us for service and repair. Don’t hesitate to contact us. One of our team members will be happy to guide you through the process.

 

5. Where can I find and try NIVREL watches?

Our watches can be found at the stores of our official retailers worldwide. Should one of our retailers not have a special watch on stock, we will be happy to deliver the watch to the retailer as quickly as possible.

 

6. Can I get a discount?

In general, we don’t give discount on our prices. Should you choose to pay via direct bank transmission, you will automatically get a 2% discount.

 

7. Can I pick up my NIVREL watch personally?

Yes, we will be happy to welcome you at our jewellery store “Kraemer” in Saarbrücken, Bahnhofstr. 93. Please contact us in order to arrange a personal meeting. 

 

8. Where do your watches come from / where are the watches produced?

All of our watches are produced in Saarbrücken / Germany. Most of the parts that we use are produced by top manufacturers in Germany. All movements that we use are produced in Switzerland, most of them by the Swiss ETA company. 

 

9. Are there possibilities to give my watch an individual touch?

The production of our watches is far away from being a mass production. As a matter of fact, many of our watches are produced after we get an order. Therefore, it is always possible for us to do some special individualizations, e.g. a special case engraving. If you wish to buy a customized watch, please ask us before ordering, We will be happy to arrange whatever is technically possible for us.
